Delivery and Returns Information
We pack your order & despatch it using 1st Class Royal Mail Signed For Parcel service. To enable us to ensure your products arrive with you safely, all our orders are sent via recorded delivery.
International orders are sent by Airmail using the International Royal Mail Signed For Service.
A £1 handling charge is added to all deliveries to cover packaging.
Please Note: To ensure that Tennent's Pint Glasses arrive safely and in perfect condition there is an extra charge of £1.00 applied to cover the cost of additional specialised packaging.
Personalised Products: We cannot guarantee delivery times on Personalised items, we will endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible, however, due to the extended production time, please allow for a delivery time of 10 to 12 days. The total order will be processed once the personalised goods have been completed.
Returns & Exchanges
We do our best to ensure all of our customers enjoy a happy shopping experience with us, however occasionally you may need to return an item.
If you wish to return or exchange a product please notify us within 14 days of receipt of your order by calling 0333 323 8979 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org clearly stating if you require a refund or exchange. We are only able to exchange items for the same product. You should then return your product within 14 days. On receipt of your returned product(s) we with process your refund or exchange within 14 days.
The returned goods need to be in a sellable condition. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned. Return postage is at your own cost and risk.
Unfortunately personalised products are non-returnable. Also underwear is non-returnable due to hygiene reasons unless faulty or still in a sealed package.
If you are returning a product because it is faulty or damaged please return the product within 30 days. We will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail.
If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. If we cannot refund via the original payment then a cheque will be raised to the address on the order
